The tour covers 18 miles over 6 hours and is achievable for most people with a decent overall level of fitness. The standard course does include two moderate hills (170’/52m climb over 0.5 mile/0.8km and 300’/90m over 1 mile/1.6km). If you are worried that it is too long or that you cannot manage the hills then you may want to consider the leisurely course or booking a private tour in which the distance can be adjusted.
Is the tour hilly?
The Cotswolds is by nature holy (or undulating!) and therefore it is impossible to avoid the odd hill. The Standard Course has been chosen to avoid hills wherever possible, but there are two moderate hills and many people choose to get off and push the bike up the hills we encounter. The Leisurely Course is pretty much flat, with no major hills and should be easily manageable for most people.
What should i wear?
Please check the weather forecast and wear appropriate cycle or sports wear and trainers. In the event of cold/wind/rain it is recommended you bring layers and some waterproofs. Jeans, shoes, skirts etc are not recommended.
Can i bring my suitcase?
We cannot help with luggage storage and the station has no bag storage facilities so if bringing bags please check them into your hotel first before coming on the tour.

We limit the tour group size to 10 people. Larger groups available on request. Drop us an email!
Can children join the tour?
For insurance reasons we are only able to accept children over 15 years old and taller than 5ft.
Can I stop for photos?
Yes, as long as it is safe to do so you can stop to take a few photos during the tour.
How long is this tour?
This tour lasts up to 6 hours, from 10am to 4pm.
How do i get to Moreton-in-Marsh?
