Cotswolds Tour FAQ’s

Our vehicles can hold 8 guests plus the driver guide. If you require a larger vehicle for more people we can arrange this by special request.

The tour last 7 hours, usually from 10am until 5pm, but we can start earlier or later to suit the group.

We can go wherever you want to go! If you have some places in mind then we will create a custom route for you or you can follow one of our guides suggested routes.

This depends on our schedule and the time of year. Please send us an email and we will let you know!

Our tours include 8 full hours of touring, the local knowledge of our guide and pick-up/drop-off from your hotel in the Cotswolds. Food, gratuities and entry admission are NOT included.

Yes we can but there is an extra charge- a more cost-effective option would be to take a train from London Paddington to Stroud or Moreton-in-Marsh

Yes, as long as it is safe to stop we will do our best to stop so you can get some nice photos of the countryside!

More than 28 days before the start: No charge 22 – 27 days before the start: 30% of balance 15 – 21 days before the start: 50% of balance 8-14 days before the start: 75% of balance 1 – 7 days before the start: 100% of balance

As they are driving your guide will give you a commentary about what you are seeing and the history of the area. At each stop they will give you a brief overview of the history and point out any places of interest and spots you may have missed and then you will be give free time to explore by yourself. At attractions such as manor houses and gardens you will be 'orientated' and then give time to explore at leisure.
