A few photos from Jamie’s morning walk on Selsey Common with great views looking over towards the river Severn. These fertile limestone grasslands are beautiful at this time of year and it’s a great spot to tire out the dogs and watch them try to catch the sky larks. It’s a popular spot for paragliders and we stumbled across a memorial for a local young paraglider (Wayne Seeley, 41, RIP) who was tragically killed recently after accidentally crashing into some power lines 😔#cotswolds #selsey #cotswoldtours

Happy Marking Day! May 13th marks the centuries old tradition of marking day whereby local farmers are allowed to bring their livestock to graze on the 700 acres of open common land at Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons. It’s not uncommon to see a traffic jam caused by cows wandering in the middle of the road. As many get hit each year by cars the police have tried employing warning signs, cow cardboard cutouts and even fluorescent collars to warn drivers to drive slowly! #drivesafe #cotswolds #markingday #cotswoldtours
